ALL INCLUSIVE VACATION PASSPORT PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The All-Inclusive Vacation Passport program received is an offer that provides accommodations for two nights for two adults at an all inclusive beachfront resort in the Bahamas, Dominican Republic or Mexico, featuring Wyndham Viva Resorts.  All meals, entertainment, drinks and non-motorized water sports are included.

First Step - The first step in the program is to fully complete the Registration Validation Form and mail it to the address provided on the form along with a processing fee check for $4.95 within 30 days of the issue date indicated.

Second Step - Upon receipt of $4.95, Passport to Travel will mail you a package that includes important information, instructions and a Registration Activation Form.  Please fully complete with the information requested and mail to Passport to Travel within 30 days of issue date provided along with a $50 non-refundable activation fee.

Third Step - Upon receipt of activation form and appropriate amount, Passport to Travel will send information on how you may make your reservations.  A minimum of 90 days advance notice is required to process your request.  Traveling guests are responsible for hotel taxes and resort fees (approximately $49 per room per day).

Q: How long do I have to use the voucher? 

A: You will have 13 months form the activation date to complete your vacation. 

Q: Does the offer have an expiration date? 

A: YES. Travel must be completed within 13 months of activation date. 

Q: Does the Registration Activation Form have an expiration date? 

A: Yes, you have thirty days to read and return the Registration Activation Form with the registration fee. 

Q: How many nights will I get on my vacation? 

A: The All Inclusive offer is two nights resort accommodations and includes all meals, drinks, non-motorized sports activities and more. 

Q: Can I get extra nights? 

A: Yes, extra nights can be booked at special rates. 

Q: When should I make reservations? 

A: All reservations require 90 days notice. 

Q: Do I have to have a 90 days notice to make reservations? 

A: Yes, that way you have a better chance of getting the date you would like to travel. 

Q: Can I use two vouchers at once? 

A: No, you can only use one voucher in per household in a 13 month period. 

Q: Is the $50 registration fee refundable? 

A: No, the registration fee is not refundable. 

Q: Does the $50 registration fee get applied to my vacation? 

A: No, it is just a registration fee and does not get applied to the cruise.
