CHOOSE YOUR VACATION PASSPORT PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Choose Your Vacation Passport program you have received is an offer that provides a choice of 4 different vacation getaways to hundreds of exciting destinations for 2 adults of 21 years of age or older.  Here is an explanation of each program, the terms & conditions, and frequently asked questions.

First Step - The first step in the program is to fully complete the Registration Validation Form and mail it to the address provided on the form along with a processing fee check for $4.95 within 30 days of the issue date indicated.  Make sure to check the appropriate box when choosing one of the following vacations. 

1. Five Star Resort Getaway
   This spectacular vacation getaway entitles you to a full week of condominium accommodations in your choice of over 80 destinations in the United States, Canada, Caribbean and Mexico.  A vacation with luxurious surroundings awaits you...spacious comfort in a multi-functional living space offering all the comforts and conveniences of home and much more.

2. Land & Sea Vacation Passport
   Choose your hotel in locations such as Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Cocoa Beach, Las Vegas, Anaheim, Long Beach, Daytona and Tampa.  You'll be cruising on either Carnival or Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and all your delicious meals and exciting shipboard entertainment are included during your cruise to fabulous ports and destinations such as Port Canaveral to Nassau, Miami to Cozumel and Los Angeles to Ensenada.
    

3. Mexican Vacation Passport
   Choose 5 day and 4 nights accommodations in one of the following destinations:  Acaupulco, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, Cozumel, Guadalajara, Merida and Puerto Vallarta.  This vacation also entitles you to a rebate of up to $50 for the cost of a tour or activity for two adults while at your chosen destination.  Whether you're in the mood to relax and get away from everything or party all night, Mexico is the perfect place for you to vacation.  The natural beauty of the ocean and hills and the hospitality of the people will surely win your heart.
    

4. Fly Away Vacation Passport
   This vacation includes roundtrip airfare for two adults from *major selected international airports in the United States to destinations such as Orlando, Miami, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Baltimore.  
   *Selected Major international airports include Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, St. Louis, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington DC.  Departures from Canada and other airports not listed are also available with possible surcharges.
    

5. Passport to Cruise
   This offer entitles you and a companion to receive a complimentary 7-night fun-filled cruise. The cruise includes fabulous meals, and snacks including late night buffets; wide range of shipboard entertainment including lavish night club shows; and a full gaming casino. You'll be cruising on major cruise lines such as Carnival, Royal Caribbean, or Norwegian Cruise Lines to exotic port in the Bahamas, Caribbean, Baja Mexico, and Mexican Riviera.

    

Second Step - Upon receipt of $4.95 and your selection of one of the above vacations Passport to Travel will mail you a package that includes important information, instructions, and an activation form for the selected vacation.  Please complete the information and send along with a check for the appropriate amount as follows:
 

Third Step - Upon receipt of activation form and appropriate amount, Passport to Travel will send information on how you may make your reservations.

A minimum of 90 days is required to process your request, the exception being the Resort Getaway offer which requires a minimum of 30 days.

All taxes and fees will be collected at the time of reservations.  Surcharges may also apply.
 

Cancellations, once reservations are confirmed and taxes and fees are paid, vary with each vacation.
