Q: What is the process?
A: You have to mail in the voucher with $4.95. Please allow two to three weeks to process. You will be mailed a packet with a Registration Activation Form, Hotel Voucher, Companion Air Voucher, and Hawaii Vacation Voucher.  Read the Terms & Conditions on the back of Registration Activation Form.  After you have read the Terms & Conditions, sign the Registration Activation Form and mail it in with the registration fee of $100. Please allow two to three weeks to process. You will receive a Welcome Aboard Letter with your activation number, and activation date, with a phone number to call and book your vacation.

Q: How long do I have to use the voucher?
A: Once you receive your Welcome Aboard Letter with the activation date; you will have eighteen months from the activation date to take the cruise.

Q: Does the voucher have an expiration date?
A: No, it does not have an expiration date.

Q: Does the Registration Activation Form have an expiration date?
A: Yes, you have thirty days to read and return the Registration Activation Form with the registration fee.

Q: What is the cost for the cruise and flight?
A: Traveling guest will be required to pay NCF's (Port Charges), air taxes, government taxes, and cruise/airport/airline/agency fees that range between $139 - $179 per person for cruises departing from Miami, Los Angeles and Port Canaveral.  Fuel surcharges additional if applicable.  Cruises departing from alternate ports have limited availability and surcharges may apply.  These fees must be paid immediately via credit card, cashier's check or money order once your request has been made and travel has been reserved.

A: Los Angeles, Miami, Port Canaveral and Galveston

Q: When should I book my date for the cruise and flight?
A: All reservations require 90 days notice.

Q: Do I have to have 90 days notice to book the cruise and flight?
A: Yes, that way you have a better chance of getting the date you would like to cruise.

Q: Can I use two vouchers at once?
A: No, you can only use one voucher in per household in a 12 month period.

Q: Why is there an additional charge for Galveston?
A: Galveston is a small port with limited availability.

Q: Why do I have to pay a $100 registration fee?
A: It is a registration fee for the cruise offer.

Q: Is the $100 registration fee refundable?
A: No, the registration fee is not refundable.

Q: Does the $100 registration fee get applied to my cruise and flight?
A: No, it is just a registration fee and does not get applied to the cruise.

Q: Why do I have to pay $4.95?
A: It is a shipping and handling fee.

Q: How long do I have to book the cruise and flight?
A: You have 12 months from the activation date on your Welcome Aboard Letter to take the cruise.
