Q: What is the
process?
A: You have to mail in the voucher with $4.95. Please allow two to
three weeks to process. You will be mailed a packet with a Registration
Activation Form, Hotel Voucher, Companion Air Voucher, and Hawaii Vacation
Voucher. Read the Terms & Conditions on the back of Registration
Activation Form. After you have read the Terms & Conditions, sign the
Registration Activation Form and mail it in with the registration fee of
$100. Please allow two to three weeks to process. You will receive a
Welcome Aboard Letter with your activation number, and activation date,
with a phone number to call and book your vacation.
Q: How long do I
have to use the voucher?
A: Once you receive your Welcome Aboard Letter with the activation
date; you will have 18 months form the activation date to take the cruise
and hotel stay.
Q: Does the voucher
have an expiration date?
A: No, it does not have an expiration date.
Q: Does the
Registration Activation Form have an expiration date?
A: Yes, you have 30 days to read and return the Registration
Activation Form with the registration fee.
Q: What is the cost
for the cruise?
A: You are responsible for $199 per person port charges, taxes,
government fees, and processing for the three night cruise; $249 per
person port charges, taxes, government fees, and processing for the four
night cruise. Galveston cruises have an addition $40 per person port
surcharge; as well as taxes on the hotel. Traveling during peak season
will incur addition peak season charge. Fuel supplement may be additional.

A: Los Angeles, Miami, Port Canaveral and Galveston

book my date for the cruise and hotel stay?
A: All reservations require 90 days notice.
Q: Do I have to have

A: Yes, that way you have a better chance of getting the date you
would like to cruise and hotel stay.
Q: Can I use two
vouchers at once?
A: No, you can only use one voucher in per household in an 18 month
period.
Q: Why is there an
additional charge for Galveston?
A: Galveston is a small port with limited availability.

pay a $100 registration fee?

registration fee refundable?
A: No, the registration fee is not refundable.
