Cruise  FAQ's

Q: What is the process? 

A: You have to mail in the voucher with the processing amount stated. Please allow two to three week to process. You will be mailed a packet with a Registration Activation Form, Hotel Voucher, Companion Air Voucher, and Hawaii Vacation Voucher.  Read the Terms & Conditions on the back of Registration Act Form.  After you have read the Terms & Conditions, sign the Registration Activation Form and mail it in with the registration fee of $50. Please allow two to three weeks to process. You will receive a Welcome Aboard Letter with your activation number, and activation date, with a phone number to call and book your vacation. 

Q: How long do I have to use the voucher? 

A: Once you receive your Welcome Aboard Letter with the activation date; you will have eighteen months form the activation date to take the cruise. 

Q: Does the voucher have an expiration date? 

A: No, it does not have an expiration date. 

Q: Does the Registration Activation Form have an expiration date? 

A: Yes, you have thirty days to read and return the Registration Activation Form with registration fee. 

Q: What is the cost for the cruise? 

A: You are responsible for $199 per person port charges, taxes, government fees, and processing for the three night cruise; $249 per person port charges, taxes, government fees, and processing for the four night cruise. Galveston cruises have an addition $40 per person port surcharge. Traveling during high or peak season will incur additional peak season charge. Fuel supplement may be additional. 

Q: What port can I depart from using the voucher? 

A: Los Angeles, Miami, Port Canaveral and Galveston. 

Q: When should I book my date for the cruise? 

A: All reservations require 90 days notice. 

Q: Do I have to have 90 days notice to book the cruise? 

A: Yes, that way you have a better chance of getting the date you would like to cruise 

Q: Can I use two vouchers at once? 

A: No, you can only use one voucher in per household in an eighteen month period. 

Q: Why is there an additional charge for Galveston? 

A: Galveston is a small port with limited availability.  

Q: Why do I have to pay a $50 registration fee? 

A: It is a registration fee for the cruise offer. 

Q: Is the $50 registration fee refundable? 

A: No, the registration fee is not refundable. 

Q: Does the $50 registration fee get applied to my cruise? 

A: No, it is just a registration fee and does not get applied to the cruise. 

Q: Why do I have to pay $4.95? 

A: It is a shipping and handling fee. 

Q: How long do I have to book the cruise? 

A: You have 18 months from the activation date on your Welcome Aboard Letter to take the cruise.


Hotel Stay FAQ's

Q: The voucher tells me to call first, what do I do?
A: You have to send in the activation with a $50 refundable deposit. Then you will receive a letter back with your activation date and phone number to call and book. You must call us a minimum of 30 days before you want to travel.
You will receive a return call within 1 or 2 business days.

Q: Is this a timeshare?
A: We have availability with and without a timeshare presentation. We will advise you of current availability when you call for reservations.

Q: Can I bring kids?
A: Yes, but the room will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children only.

Q: What do I have to pay?
A: You have to pay the taxes on the hotel room and the refundable deposit.

Q: How much are the taxes?
A: The minimum is 10% of the hotel rate.

Q: What hotel is it?
A: It is anywhere from a Holiday Inn to a Choice Hotel or within that price range.

Q: Is airfare included?
A: No, you have to provide your own transportation to the chosen destination.

Q: Can I stay extra nights?
A: You can and that is approximately $99 a night.

Q: What is the $50 for?
A: It is a deposit for the hotel.

Q: When will I get the deposit back?
A: After your check out or if you do not use it within the year. The only time that you do not get it back is if you book and do not check into the hotel or if the certificate has expired. Refunds need to be requested in writing after the hotel stay or at any time during the 1 year period.

Q: Will I know what hotel I am going to when I book it?
A: When you book the hotel you will be sent a package with the information on the hotel and where to check in.

Q: How long do I have to use it?
A: You have a year to use it from the date on the activation letter you will be receiving from us.

Q: How long do I have to send in the deposit?
A: 30 days from the issue date.

Q: What do I do if I donít know my dates or destination?
A: Just send in your form with your deposit.  When you are ready to reserve your hotel stay, just give us a minimum of 30 days before you want to travel.

Q: Where are the hotels located in relation to the destinations offered?
A: The hotels are in the city you choose or in the surrounding area based on currently offered destinations.  We cannot guarantee that the hotels are in city centers.
