PASSPORT TO TRAVEL PROGRAM OVERVIEW Q: What is the process? A: You have to mail in the voucher with the processing amount stated. Please allow two to three week to process. You will be mailed a packet with a Registration Activation Form, Hotel Voucher, Companion Air Voucher, and Hawaii Vacation Voucher. Read the Terms & Conditions on the back of Registration Act Form. After you have read the Terms & Conditions, sign the Registration Activation Form and mail it in with the registration fee of $50. Please allow two to three weeks to process. You will receive a Welcome Aboard Letter with your activation number, and activation date, with a phone number to call and book your vacation. Q: How long do I have to use the voucher? A: Once you receive your Welcome Aboard Letter with the activation date; you will have eighteen months form the activation date to take the cruise. Q: Does the voucher have an expiration date? A: No, it does not have an expiration date. Q: Does the Registration Activation Form have an expiration date? A: Yes, you have thirty days to read and return the Registration Activation Form with registration fee. Q: What is the cost for the cruise? A: You are responsible for $199 per person port charges, taxes, government fees, and processing for the three night cruise; $249 per person port charges, taxes, government fees, and processing for the four night cruise. Galveston cruises have an addition $40 per person port surcharge. Traveling during high or peak season will incur additional peak season charge. Fuel supplement may be additional. Q: What port can I depart from using the voucher? A: Los Angeles, Miami, Port Canaveral and Galveston. Q: When should I book my date for the cruise? A: All reservations require 90 days notice. Q: Do I have to have 90 days notice to book the cruise? A: Yes, that way you have a better chance of getting the date you would like to cruise Q: Can I use two vouchers at once? A: No, you can only use one voucher in per household in an eighteen month period. Q: Why is there an additional charge for Galveston? A: Galveston is a small port with limited availability. Q: Why do I have to pay a $50 registration fee? A: It is a registration fee for the cruise offer. Q: Is the $50 registration fee refundable? A: No, the registration fee is not refundable. Q: Does the $50 registration fee get applied to my cruise? A: No, it is just a registration fee and does not get applied to the cruise. Q: Why do I have to pay $4.95? A: It is a shipping and handling fee. Q: How long do I have to book the cruise? A: You have 18 months from the activation date on your Welcome Aboard Letter to take the cruise.
