Terms of Participation:

Step 1
Complete and mail the original Registration Activation Form to Passport to Travel, 4802 Gunn Highway, Suite 158, Tampa FL  33624 with a $100 non-refundable processing fee payable to Passport to Travel in U.S. dollars in the form of a money order or cashier's check.  Your registration form coupon must be received within 30 days of the issue date, this will be determined by the postmark date on your envelope.  One guest must be at least 21 years of age and possess a major credit card. 

Step 2
After receiving and processing your Registration Activation, Passport to Travel will mail you a Registration Request form.  This form will ask for two destination choices and two dates of travel.  All travel requests require a minimum of 60 days advance notification, determined by the postmark date, and the requested dates must be at least 30 days apart. No reservations will be made until this form is received.  All travel must be completed within 13 months of the registration date.  

Step 3
A Passport to Travel reservation agent will contact you 30 to 45 days in advance of your requested dates of travel with information about your reservation.  Any additional surcharges will be due at this time.

Step 4
Passport to Travel will issue you a Reservation Confirmation Voucher with your information for your resort stay and also any additional travel options purchased.  Please do not make any travel arrangements or depart for your vacation until you have received your reservation confirmation package.

Travel Dates
When selecting travel dates, please do not select dates 7 days before or after, or on a major holiday. (Major holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin L. King Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas). 

Charges
Travelers are responsible for charges in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to resort and usage fees of $199 - $299. Resort and usage fees cover the standard basic fees imposed by all the resorts. Individual resorts reserve the right to collect additional fees specific to their resort or region, such as but not limited to; government imposed sales or occupancy tax, compulsory gratuities, maid service, energy surcharges, and security deposits. Should your selected resort impose additional fees you will be advised prior to confirmation and payment will be due at the time of booking.  Airfare, transfers, taxes, food, and incidentals are not included. This offer is subject to a seasonal surcharge. The peak season weeks are based on the activities and events available to each specific resort area. Some resort areas may have more than one peak season. This would be typical of a location that is in high demand during the summer months and again for the winter months during ski season. All reservations are subject to availability.

Documentation
Travelers to and from the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mexico and Canada and other international destinations must have proper documentation such as; passports, visas and family legal documents or they will not be allowed to travel and no refunds will be issued. Documents must be presented at time of travel. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to determine if additional documentation is required. • U.S. Citizens: A valid passport will be required. You will not be allowed to travel without a valid passport.

• Non U.S. Citizens: Valid passports and visas (when needed) including the original Alien Registration Card (ARC or Green card) and any required travel documentation providing alien status in the United States or with respect to any country on the itinerary.

It is the responsibility of the passengers to have the correct documentation necessary to travel.

Reservation Cancellation
No refunds can be made for any reason once reservations have been confirmed and no rescheduling is permitted.  Passport to Travel highly recommends travel insurance, available through your reservation agent.

Q: How long do I have to use the voucher?
A: Once you receive your Welcome Aboard Letter with the activation date; you will have 13 months from the activation date to complete your vacation.

Q: Does the voucher have an expiration date?
A: YES. Travel must be completed within 13 months of activation date.

Q: Does the Registration Activation Form have an expiration date?
A: Yes, you have 30 days to read and return the Registration Activation Form with the registration fee.

Q: How many nights will I get on my vacation?
A: The Resort Getaway Vacation offer is for 7-nights condominium accommodations in a standard room.

Q: Do I have to have a 60 days notice to make reservations?
A: Yes, that way you have a better chance of getting the date you would like to travel.

Q: Can I use two vouchers at once?
A: No, you can only use one voucher in per household in a twelve month period.

Q: Is the $100 registration fee refundable?
A: No, the registration fee is not refundable.

Q: Does the $100 registration fee get applied to my vacation?
A: No, it is just a registration fee and does not get applied to your travel arrangements.

Q: Will I have to attend a property tour with this offer?
A: No, there are no presentations with this offer.  Your time is your own.
